Petal PowerPetal Power is a  four-month summer mail program designed for girls entering kindergarten or Grade 1 in the fall of 2013. Petal Power gives girls and their families a chance to explore Girl Scouts though a series of activities, projects and other fun things to do. The activities are geared towards building self esteem and discovering fun through active learning. This program is a great way for girls to get a taste of Girl Scouts before they begin as a Girl Scout Daisy in the fall.

Each month (May-August) girls will receive a colorful packet of activities and projects designed to help her discover things about herself, connect with family and her community and take action to make the world a better place. The packets also include supplemental materials for adults to help you understand the value of the Girl Scout program.

This is a great opportunity for girls to spend time with their families working on fun, yet simple activities. At the end of the program girls will be invited to a Petal Power Party to recognize their accomplishments and make new friends!

The cost for this program is $30 per girl.  This fee provides each girl with…
